We would also like to inform you that the airport's operator will, from this point onwards, be driving forward revised plans to increase the airport's capacity.
As you may be aware, London Luton Airport Limited (LLAL), the company that owns the airport, and London Luton Airport Operations Limited (LLAOL), the airport's operator, have now signed a Supplemental Agreement to enable London Luton Airport to continue to be managed, operated and developed by LLAOL to 2031.

The development of plans by each party via public consultation with residents and businesses in Luton and the surrounding region earlier this year has resulted in a decision by the airport's owner and operator to integrate LLAL's futureLuToN:Optimisation programme with LLAOL's plans for London Luton Airport.
